SilyA

SilyA or Silje Nymoen (34) is a beautiful firecracker of an artist from Oslo, Norway. She is a singer and a songwriter. She started out as a lead singer in the hip hop / pop group Multicyde – from 1999 to 2002. After Multicyde she worked mostly as a songwriter based in Stockholm. She has written singles for several artists in the later years – Vanessa Hudgens and Rachel Crow – just to mention a couple of them.

She was last seen here in Norway in this year’s national Eurovision Song Contest, where she reached the final with her own song “Euphoria”. SilyA had also written another of the semi-finalist songs.

Today SilyA lives in New York, where she is active as always. She has several new projects going, and when she’s not busy writing or performing her own material or writing for other artists, she performs as a vixen songstress around NYC at places like fancy supper clubs The Darby and Duane Park.

SilyA is a type of artist on the stage with loads of positive energy, and often in flamboyant and sexy outfits.  New Yorkers should get out on the clubs and check out this refreshing and talented Norwegian beauty.
